1999 Reunion

The first Joel Wingfield Franklin reunion was held in Kent, Washington in June 1996 with Cecile Marie Franklin Gwin Pieper as host. The 2002 reunion was held in Milpitas, California with Carolene Ruth Franklin Hunter as host. The 2005 reunion will be held in Kent, Washington with Raymond Leroy Brimhall as host.
